項目概述-從北京海淀區(qū)最后一個實質(zhì)性的城市發(fā)展場地中出現(xiàn)，Park-Tech不僅僅是另一座辦公樓-它象征著北京城市發(fā)展的最后階段，也許是最具創(chuàng)意的階段。這個開創(chuàng)性的項目由SOPA創(chuàng)建，于2020年開始建設(shè)，預(yù)計將于2023年底完工，標(biāo)志著首都建筑史上的關(guān)鍵時刻。
Project Overview - Emerging from the last substantial urban development site in Beijing's Haidian District, Park-Tech is not just another office building — it symbolizes the final phase of Beijing's urban growth and perhaps its most creative. Created by Society Particular (SOPA), this pioneering venture began construction in 2020 and is set to be completed by the end of 2023, signifying a pivotal moment in the capital's architectural history.

場地文脈與設(shè)計理念：該項目占地11.2公頃，是北京最后一塊未被開發(fā)的土地，是北京展示大規(guī)?？沙掷m(xù)城市發(fā)展的最后機(jī)會，肩負(fù)著重要的責(zé)任。場地的原始位置是東臨京張綠化帶，西臨小月河，奧林匹克森林公園和歷史悠久的“三山五園”環(huán)繞著10公里半徑內(nèi)的寶貴生態(tài)環(huán)境。SOPA的策略認(rèn)識到該場地作為北京最后一個主要城市空白頁的重要性，精心設(shè)計了一個不將土地視為待開發(fā)的表面，而是將其作為寶貴的生態(tài)資產(chǎn)加以改善的設(shè)計。其結(jié)果是一個多功能的“公園綜合體”，展示了北京的最后一塊城市如何成為全球未來發(fā)展的藍(lán)圖。
Site Context and Design Philosophy - Spanning 11.2 hectares of Beijing's last untouched land, the project bears a significant responsibility as the city's last chance to showcase large-scale sustainable urban development. The site's untouched location is flanked by the Jingzhang green belt to the east and the Xiaoyue River to the west, with the Olympic Forest Park and the historic "Three Mountains Five Gardens" encircling an invaluable ecological context within a 10-kilometer radius. SOPA's strategy recognizes the site's importance as Beijing's last major urban blank page, crafting a design that doesn't treat the land as a surface to be developed, but as a valuable ecological asset to be improved. The outcome is a versatile "park complex" that illustrates how Beijing's final urban piece can become a blueprint for future development around the globe.
